CPGR 2027 DEI Fellowship Program

CPGR envisions planned giving as a field in which practitioners reflect the broad diversity of donors in our community and where the benefits of planned giving are made consistently accessible to all donors and the nonprofits they support. Read more about our DEI commitment here.

The CPGR DEI Fellowship is designed for diverse planned giving and fundraising professionals, as well as those who raise funds for diverse-led and community-serving organizations. These individuals play an essential role in expanding access to the power of philanthropy and ensuring that planned giving reaches and benefits every corner of our community.

Professionals from all backgrounds and abilities are welcomed and encouraged to apply for the CPGR DEI Fellowship Program, which includes: a complimentary one-year CPGR membership ($125 value); access to all CPGR educational programs at the discounted member rate; use of CPGR resources; opportunities to grow their professional network; the chance to join a CPGR committee; and an invitation to attend an exclusive CPGR DEI Fellowship networking event.

Preference will be given to diverse applicants which include those from geographic areas and socioeconomic backgrounds that are historically underrepresented and/or those who have faced unusual adversity or serve organizations that face adversity or historically underrepresented populations.
